In consideration of participating in this event, I hereby indemnify and hold harmless and release Bear Creek Community Church, their agents and employees, from any and all liability for any injury suffered by myself or my minor child arising from or connected with this ride and I assume all risk for any injuries received.  I acknowledge that I will obey all ride rules and adhere to the establish ride course and understand that any deviation from the ride course may result in disqualification and or citation for traffic violations.  I further acknowledge that I am solely responsible and assume all liability for any accident and all injuries which may result from my deviation of the prescribed ride course.
